Harcourts Te Puke
132 Jellicoe St, Te Puke
Lance was born and raised in a farming family in the rural Te Puke area.
He has spent more than 20 years involved directly with the Farming industry, originally involved with Wealleans Groundspread working throughout the Bay of Plenty for just over six years followed by 13 years with Fonterra and then three years with Trutest DTS Milk Cooling and Tank Solutions. This has taken Lance from one end of the Bay of Plenty to the other and everywhere in between. Chances are he has been to most farms in the area.
Lance enjoys meeting new people, growing new and existing relationships with a large group of the farming fraternity and continues his passion for all things rural. He has been married for 25 years and has two children. Being a keen classic Chrysler Mopar fan, motorbike rider and squash player, Lance’s interests are varied.

"I would like to thank Lance Mcfarlane for helping us into our first home. He really made the whole process easy, with his friendly, down-to-earth approachable demeanor. I would highly recommend Lance to any potential buyer or seller, as he is always professional and goes above and beyond to help make a very overwhelming process, quite simple. I was always amazed at how he would make himself available when any papers needed to be sign or if we wanted a viewing of the home. We are very happy with our lovely home and the professional service we received from Lance." - N. Broughton
